This week sees the return of the famously Christmasy equine event – The London International Horse Show, Olympia – from 13th December to 19th December 2011, and what a show it sets out to be…

Firstly, Olympia is host to the UK’s only Show Jumping and Dressage FEI World Cup™ qualifying rounds with horses and riders battling it out for the top positions and this year the Thursday evening performance will include a brand new competition - Extreme Carriage Driving!

The London International Horse Show, Olympia provides plenty of other entertainment too including The Christmas Speed Stakes, Lorenzo the Flying Frenchman, Portuguese Lusitanos and the renowned West End themed Olympia Christmas Finale!

And, if it’s the equestrian shopping you are after then you are in for a treat – the Shopping Village boasts over 200 shops including all your favourite equestrian clothing brands – from Joules Clothing, Katie Price and Rampant Sporting to the Yorkshire Clothing Co - Rydale, Tottie, Welligogs and Peter Stunt for Musto.
